Great customer support Ordered some SNS powders that were on sale, some of them were out of stock due to the Xmas sale…the guy from the store called me and we picked some replacements colours, he was very helpful and the customer service was outstanding!

no customer service at all. i come to this place every few times when i really need to expecting better but not at all. you wait at the checkout and no one cares to even serve you and even if they are there you’re standing around for a long bloody time while they chat amongst themselves in their language like there isn’t a line of people waiting.

Rude. Makes the customer wait at the checkout in the midst of serving while he talks to a staff member right next to him. Was a good 10 minutes between them before completing my checkout of small items. I ran late for work.
