SUMITA Oxidant Liquid Developer 3% 10 VOL 50ml

The SUMITA OXIDANT 3% LIQUID. Formulated specifically to be used with eyelash and eyebrow tints. It can be used safely around the sensitive eye-area and ensures brilliant color results. The narrow opening of the dispenser enables exact dosage. Sufficient for approximately 100 applications.
Use: use Skin Protection Cream and Eye Protection Papers according to instructions. Mix 2 cm of tint and 10 drops of Oxidant Liquid to create a creamy paste. Apply to eyelashes and eyebrow. Leave on for 5-10 Minutes.
For professional use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if product comes into contact with them. Wear suitable gloves. Contains hydrogen peroxide.
* Do not use oxidants formulated for hair color, it will irritate the sensitive skin around the eyes. Only use Sumita Oxidant, specially formulated for sensitive area around the eyes.
